How we use AI Tools thoughtfully — and how you stay in control

AI is part of how our team works. We use it to draft content, troubleshoot problems, and research solutions — so we can spend more time on the work that actually requires human judgment and care. Think of it as a capable crew member, not the captain.

What we use AI for:

  • Everyday tasks — Research, drafting, and problem-solving that doesn't touch your data

  • Data analysis — Only with your explicit written permission, and never involving personal information (PII)

  • Salesforce Agentforce — Built-in AI features with Salesforce's privacy protections included

  • Code and configuration — AI-assisted work that goes through the same peer review and functional testing as everything else we deliver

Our commitments to you:

We will never submit personally identifiable information to an AI tool — period. We'll always explain what we want to do and why before we do it. And if you'd rather we keep AI away from your data entirely, we'll honor that without question.

Every tool we use operates under a business-tier agreement with contractual data protections — not consumer tools where your data could end up training AI models.

The only time AI touches anything related to your project is if you've explicitly said yes, and even then, we never submit personally identifiable information. Ever.

We never submit personally identifiable information to any AI tool, regardless of what you've authorized. And every consent preference is documented and followed exactly as recorded.

And because we never submit PII and our approved tools only retain data for short periods, your most sensitive information was never in scope to begin with.

  • Because we think transparency is the foundation of a good partnership — not something you earn after the contract is signed. You deserve to know how we work, and you deserve a say in it. That's not a legal requirement. It's just how we operate.
